What you’ll experience in The Spark:

The Spark is a four-part journey devoted to awakening the power of your authentic voice and creativity. Something is stirring in your heart—a story, a song, a piece of art, a conversation, or a dream you've held close—this is your invitation to bring it into the light.

Together, we’ll gather in community, ignite what’s been quietly burning inside, and make space for it to grow.

Along the way, you will:

✨ Step into a conversation or moment you’ve been holding back from
✨ Honor your voice and truth as sacred
✨ Connect your inner fire with your deeper sense of purpose

This is more than a course, it's a remembering of who you are when you allow our inner fire to lead.

The Journey Through The Spark:

Each session builds on the last, guiding you with intention, devotion, and support.

Session #1 - Gather Around

We begin by setting the space for our journey. You’ll clarify a personal intention and connect with our group container. What creative expression is ready to be born? What conversation is asking to be had? Together, we open the door to transformation.

Session #2 - Fear of the Heat

Here, we meet fear with tenderness. We explore how it shows up in our bodies, how it speaks, and how we can express with it. You'll begin to transform fear into fuel for your voice.

Session #3 - Lighting the Fire

Now we act. This is where ideas become action. You’ll create a clear, loving plan to express what matters - with joy, devotion, and care for yourself every step of the way.

Session #4 - Dancing with the Flames

Our celebration and reflection. You’ll share what you’ve created or expressed, witness others in their radiance, and gather all the sparks into a flame of gratitude, growth, and integration.

Between Sessions

To deepen your experience, you’ll receive gentle practices and reflections to carry into your week. These offerings are here to keep your fire tended and help you live what you're learning in real life, with real heart.

You also have an opportunity, if you feel called, to meet with both Stevie and Shauna in a 1:1 container.
