Women are being asked to rise up in their feminine power. We are being asked to come together and lead. In my opinion, we are already leaders, we already have power, and we have already risen up. But not in a way that has been helpful to humanity as a whole. Instead, I am asking women to humble themselves and learn to speak to their hopes and despairs and challenges to themselves and each other in a different kind of way. In a way that honors and respects one another and informs us of the ways we have gotten in our own way as well as the ways of each other. This is the practice. It requires a slowing down, a deeper connection to the earth, a vulnerability with each other and a willingness to open your heart.
This journey is a healing of the past to catapult you forward into your future self. You may have always gotten there but this experience will speed up the process.

Details
In 2024, we are headed to Mexico. It has been a dream of mine to take this journey to other countries to immerse ourselves in their traditions of healing. Our first stop is Mexico, a place I love very much. I have visited this area numerous times and have found great healing and solace on the lands.
We will be meeting up at the beautiful Prana Del Mar Retreat Center. It is set right on the Pacific Ocean between Cabo San Lucas and Todos Santos, Mexico.
You will dive into wellness and self-discovery practices to promote healing! Including somatic practices, restorative yoga, guided meditation, coaching sessions, women's circles, family constellation work, dreamwork, ancestral honoring, and voice activation. Additionally, we'll have surprise off-site adventures. You will also have free time to explore the natural beauty of the land independently and plenty of opportunities for rest and relaxation.
And…our time together includes the Pagan Holiday Samhain and the Dia De Lost Muertos (Day of the Dead) Celebration in Mexico. During this time, it is believed that the veil between the spirit world and the waking world dissolves. The dead awaken and return to dance and feast with their living loved ones. The living treat them as honored guests.
The Food
A huge part of this retreat experience is the food because a huge part of healing is in the healing of our bodies. We will be fed high quality nourishing foods that are in season and free of refined sugar. Clean and pure foods help us to focus and find more clarity in our mind space. We are able to let go easier and see where we are going.
Our journey together includes all the meals from dinner on Saturday night to breakfast on the following Saturday morning.

You naturally go through a process of clearing out and it is wise not to make any important decisions.”
Accommodations
Natural beautiful surroundings are very important as well as a space to close your eyes and rest. There will be plenty of space to journal, relax, hike, walk on the beach, or go into the city and explore.
All accommodations are included. There is a choice between a shared room and a private room.
