I’m a mother, wife, and creator of a thriving business that has helped hundreds of women (and men) heal and remember. I am an ex-engineer of 10 year and an ex-yoga teacher of 25 years.

Now I am a life mentor.

Think of our work together like spilling out your purse on the kitchen table. We’re going to sift through that big messy pile, get rid of all the scraps of receipts and crumbs, put back the things that are already working, and pick up the individual pieces that need to be changed.
