This Yoga Tuesday brings you Upavistha Konasana or Wide Leg Forward Bend. In my opinion this is the best seated forward bend next to Janu Sirsasana.  If you are feeling open rest your forehead on a block. If you are less open, rest your head on the seat of a chair.  Resting your forehead will soften the brain and therefore rest your mind.

And most of all, just breathe and enjoy the pose.
