This Yoga Tuesday I bring you a side bend while seated in cross legs.  I love this one for opening up the side body and stretching the intercostal muscles (the muscles in between your ribs).  It is great for deepening your breath.  When you breath, you want to think of breathing in the front, back and side of the rib cage.  This pose brings breath to the sides of the rib cage.
