I do this one almost every day!  Our hips are tight so we must to stretch them daily!!! I mean it.  I have seen too many of my clients getting hip surgery.  Prevention is what I hope for!

A great tip for releasing your hips:  Breath!  Take a deep inhale into the place where you feel the sensation, exhale, at the bottom of the exhalation there is a pause.  In that place of stillness let go completely.  Let go of your right hip and your left hip and your low back, let go of your entire body.
