It is yoga pose Tuesday! And today’s pose is Warrior II.
I used to dislike this pose because it was so hard to hold. The trick is to align the hips so that the body weight is centered over the legs. Whoa that makes it easier.
Not completely easy but EASIER.
In time I have learned to like (not love) this pose because it makes me feel strong AND it helps my back.
Practice it in the morning or the middle of the day. It is not so good for night time because it creates a lot of energy in the body. So if you aren’t a good sleeper, don’t do it at night.
