It is Yoga Pose Tuesday!  And today’s pose is Utthita Trikonasana – Triangle Pose.

This is probably my favorite standing pose next to Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon Pose).

It is a all around great standing pose and it stretches the hamstrings and low back and strengthens the feet, legs, back muscles, shoulders, and neck.

All standing poses strengthen the legs and they are really important for the health and vitality of the body.
