It is yoga pose Tuesday!  Today’s pose is….Legs up the wall.

This pose is great if you are tired, you have been walking a lot, you can’t sleep.  Anytime you need to restore the body.

It is pretty easy, the hardest part is getting into it. That can be a struggle.  So listen closely for my tips on how to get into it easily.

If you find that your head tilts back a lot, place a blanket under your head.  You won’t get the same effect if you don’t.

Practice it anytime anywhere (where there is a wall of course).
