This Yoga Tuesday I bring you Baddha Konasana, Bound Angle Pose. This is a great all around pose that anyone can do at anytime.  If you are tight in your hips, hamstrings, and/or groins, sit up on a block as I have shown or sit on a stack of blankets, it will help you to do the pose and sit up taller while doing it. You can also place a strap around your feet so that you can easily pull up on the strap and lift your chest.
